Your formula system of record. Version-controlled. Cost-aware. Audit-ready.
ERRA replaces the spreadsheets, email threads, and consultant invoices that supplement brands use to manage formulas, track costs, and get labels right. Enter your formula once. See its true cost per serving. Export a print-ready Supplement Facts panel — with every value traced to its source.
Priced by what you manage, not per seat. Five founding partner slots available.
Your formula is in a spreadsheet. Your label is in Canva. Your supplier certs are in email.
And the answer to "which version are we actually shipping?" is in someone's head. When the FDA asks for your formula history, you dig through folders. When a retail buyer asks for your approval records, you call your consultant. When you reformulate, your label drifts out of sync and nobody notices until it's printed.
Supplement brands stitch together 3-5 disconnected tools — and the gaps between them are where compliance failures hide.
ERRA closes the gaps.
From first draft to print-ready label — in one governed system.
Build and cost the formula
Add ingredients from your catalog with per-supplier pricing and sourcing rules. ERRA computes cost-per-serving deterministically — including manufacturing overage in the cost but excluding it from the label, because overage is a production buffer, not a consumer declaration. One recipe spine spans every flavor and pack size.
Track every version
Every formula version is immutable once finalized. Reformulation creates a new version — the old one is preserved exactly as it was. The audit trail records who changed what, when, and why. No version is ever silently overwritten.
Generate and export the label
The regulatory engine renders a Supplement Facts panel (21 CFR 101.36) directly from your formula data — nutrient amounts, %DV, and rounding rules are deterministic, CFR-cited code, not text someone typed into a template. Export a print-ready PDF. Compare it against your consultant's panel. They'll match.
Five screens. One governed path from CSV to audit-ready label.
This is the actual flow in ERRA today — not a roadmap mockup. Import your data, build the formula, proof the panel, export the PDF, and keep the record.
Import your ingredient catalog
Upload a CSV of your ingredients and supplier pricing. ERRA suggests the column mapping — you confirm every match before anything is written. Validation errors are listed row-by-row so you fix the file, not the database.
Build the formula from your catalog
Add ingredients with amounts, units, overage, and sourcing rules. Cost-per-serving updates live as you type — overage included in cost, excluded from the label. Finalize, and the version becomes immutable.
Proof the Supplement Facts panel
The panel renders directly from the approved formula — amounts, %DV, and rounding from CFR-cited functions. What you proof on screen is what the data says, not what someone typed into a design file.
Export the print-ready PDF
Export is gated on approval: only an approved, immutable formula version can produce a label PDF. The export itself is recorded — who downloaded which version, when.
Keep the record
Every create, update, approval, and export is written to an append-only audit log — actor, action, before/after, timestamp. The database itself refuses edits and deletes to audit rows.

FDA scrutiny is increasing. Buyers want proof. The spreadsheet era is ending.
FDA supplement observations increased 46% year-over-year. The #1 citation: failure to establish product specifications.
Real errors ERRA's validation process caught in our own founder's supplier documents — two allergen-declaration gaps and a serving-count contradiction — before they reached a label.
The top FDA 483 observation — product specifications not established — is a formula version control problem.

Built for supplement brands — and the teams behind the formulas.
Pre-revenue and early-stage, formulating your first SKUs. Get your formulas versioned and your labels right before you scale.
Running 10-100 SKUs across multiple flavors. Your formulation data lives in 3-5 places. You need one system of record before the next audit.
You own the formula. Your co-man executes it. ERRA gives you controlled, versioned specs to hand off — with a clear record of what was approved.
The people building recipes, blends, and flavors. ERRA is the bench — costed, versioned, and ready to generate a label the moment the formula is right.
Built by a supplement brand operator, tested against real formulas and real label reviews.
The label is proof. The system of record is the product.
Other tools generate labels. ERRA manages the data the label comes from — and proves it's right.
Sourced by default
Every nutrient, allergen, and claim links to a spec sheet, lab analysis, or supplier declaration — with a confidence rating you can see before you trust the number.
A rounding engine, not a guess
%DV rounding is a named, CFR-cited function — the nearest-whole-percent rule of 21 CFR 101.36 for Supplement Facts panels — not a number frozen into a template.
No AI in the math. Ever.
Panel values, %DV rounding, and cost calculations are deterministic, unit-tested code — never AI output. Auditable. Reproducible. CFR-cited by design.
Start with formulation. Expand as you grow.
Each module is independently valuable. You never pay for modules you don't use.

Standard pricing starts at $299/month (Starter), $499/month (Growth), and $1,499/month (Scale). All plans include the full Module 1 feature set. Tiers scale with catalog size, not features — and never per seat.
Questions?
Common questions.
How accurate is the Supplement Facts panel?
We validate every panel against real approved labels before a customer goes live. The rounding rules are deterministic functions that cite the specific CFR section they implement. If a generated value doesn't match your existing approved label, we treat it as a bug and fix it.
Does ERRA support Nutrition Facts panels?
Not yet. ERRA generates Supplement Facts panels (21 CFR 101.36) today, validated against real printed labels. Nutrition Facts panels (21 CFR 101.9) are on the roadmap. If NFP matters to your catalog, tell us — founding partners shape the roadmap order.
Is my formula data safe?
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each organization's data is isolated at the database level using Row-Level Security — enforced by the database, not filtered in application code.
Is ERRA providing regulatory advice?
No. ERRA is operational tooling. It computes label values deterministically from your structured formula data and cites the CFR section behind each calculation. Final compliance responsibility belongs to you and your regulatory counsel.
What if I want to leave?
Your data is exportable as CSV at any time. You own your data. We don't lock you in.
Can ERRA replace my ERP?
No, and it's not trying to. ERRA is your formula system of record. It integrates with your existing tools — part numbers for NetSuite, label exports for your printer. It replaces the spreadsheet-and-consultant workflow around formulation, not your accounting system.
Who built this?
ERRA is built by a supplement brand operator who needed it for his own products. Every feature is tested against real formulas and real label reviews.
