1. What ERRA is

ERRA is operational tooling for dietary supplement formulation, labeling, and compliance workflow management. ERRA is not a law firm, regulatory agency, or compliance certifier. ERRA does not provide legal advice, does not certify that your products comply with any regulation, and does not assume liability for your regulatory determinations. Final compliance responsibility belongs to you and your regulatory counsel.

2. Your data

You own all data you enter into ERRA: formulas, ingredients, suppliers, products, and associated documents. We do not claim ownership of your data. You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, we will provide your data in a standard export format upon request.

3. Accuracy

ERRA's regulatory engine computes label values deterministically from data you provide. The accuracy of the output depends on the accuracy of the input. ERRA cites the CFR section behind each computation. You are responsible for verifying that generated panels match your regulatory requirements before printing or distribution.

4. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages at this time. We will notify you of planned maintenance in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime, we will communicate status and resolution timeline directly.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security practices as described on our security page. If we confirm an incident involving your customer data, we will notify affected customers without unreasonable delay, consistent with applicable law and the facts reasonably available to us.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. You may export your data at any time during your subscription and for 30 days after termination. After that window, identifiable customer data is targeted for deletion from active systems within 90 days, except where law requires retention. Copies may remain in automated backups, manual recovery snapshots, and versioned document storage according to our documented backup and retention practices. Aggregate data is retained for secondary use only after de-identification (removal of organization names, personnel, and direct identifiers).

7. Limitation of liability

ERRA's liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. ERRA is not liable for regulatory penalties, product recalls, or compliance failures arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
