What we collect
- Account information (name, email, organization name) when you register
- Formula, ingredient, supplier, and product data you enter into the platform
- Usage data (pages visited, features used) for product improvement
- Error reports (via Sentry) that may include technical context but not formula content
How we use it
- To provide and improve the ERRA platform
- To communicate with you about your account and the product
- To generate aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (never formula content)
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data
- We do not share formula or ingredient data with other customers or third parties
- We do not use your formula data to train AI models
- We do not display advertising
Data storage
Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit.
Your rights
- Access: You can export all your data at any time via CSV
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Correction: You can edit your data at any time through the platform

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
