We don't run a status dashboard, an uptime figure, or an incident history today. This page says plainly what we currently report and where to reach us if something looks wrong.

What is true today
ERRA does not publish a backup cadence, a restore-time target, a monitoring-coverage commitment, or an incident-response SLA today. Those are deployment facts, and we won't represent them to a buyer until they are backed by confirmed environment evidence rather than a claim on a page.
