Purchase orders and lot receiving
Tier pricing on the order, a release decision on the lot, and the evidence behind both on the same record.
What it does
A purchase order carries the supplier's tier pricing and acknowledgment forward, so procurement is not reconciling a separate price list against a separate order form.
When a lot arrives, receiving, testing, CoA attachment, and the release or reject decision live on one record, behind deterministic gates: a lot with an unresolved test result does not quietly become available inventory.
What's in it
- Purchase order lifecycle with tier-priced lines and supplier acknowledgments.
- Deterministic order optimization against supplier price tiers.
- Lot receiving with receive, test, attach-CoA, and release or reject decisions behind deterministic gates.
- Skip-lot testing eligibility computed per 21 CFR 111.75, with identity testing never skippable.
