What it does
A finished lot carries its hold and release status, certificate verification, and a retailer packet, so a hold placed on inventory is visible everywhere that lot is referenced, not just in one spreadsheet column.
The public lot page lets a consumer look up a specific lot without a login and see its recorded status. The page shows a summary of what is recorded for that lot; it does not claim more than the record supports.
