A counterparty network with scoped, auditable record sharing
A record shared on purpose, through a scoped grant, not a spreadsheet forwarded by email.
What it does
Two organizations link as counterparties, brand to co-manufacturer or co-manufacturer to brand, and share exactly the fields they scope a grant to. Row-Level Security enforces the boundary at the database, not just in application code, and every cross-org read leaves a dual-trail audit record on both sides.
A propose-and-respond loop lets a co-manufacturer suggest a development change and a brand accept or decline it, with an immutable, party-visible receipt on anything accepted, so who contributed what is never in dispute.
What's in it
- Reciprocal counterparty relationships between organizations, with a free guest seat any paid organization can sponsor.
- Scoped record-sharing grants with field masks, enforced by Row-Level Security, and a dual-trail cross-org read audit.
- Propose-and-respond loop for development changes, with owned-versus-contributed attestation kept explicit.
- Immutable, party-visible receipts on accepted development contributions.
- In-place conversion of a free counterparty seat to a paid order without losing its relationships or history.
