$99/month or $999/year. This is founding-partner pricing — standard pricing starts at $299/month.

What you provide

• Your ingredient catalog (CSV import or we help you set it up)
• At least 2 formula versions for panel accuracy validation
• At least 1 existing approved SFP label so we can compare output line-for-line
• A 15-minute weekly feedback call for the first 8 weeks
• A reference quote if your experience is positive (you approve the final copy)

What ERRA promises

Accurate Supplement Facts panel generation, validated against your existing labels. Formula version control with a complete audit trail. Overage-aware cost-per-serving. Your data stays in your organization — tenant-isolated at the database level. Data export available at any time — you are never locked in.

What ERRA does not promise

Legal or regulatory advice. Compliance certification. SLA-backed uptime (best-effort availability with direct founder support). SOC 2 or ISO certification — we don't hold one yet and won't pretend to (what we do enforce is documented on Security). Nutrition Facts panels — ERRA generates Supplement Facts panels today; NFP is on the roadmap.

Duration

12-month founding partnership. Cancelable with 30-day notice after month 3.
